Evidence from the Department of Health Whole System Demonstrator trial has created the ideal environment for assistive technologies to thrive, but barriers to large scale adoption still exist. This event will investigate:
- the barriers to adoption
- the importance of understanding the user
- the challenge of getting products from design to market
- the integration of telehealth and telecare into the care system
- when ready with a product – which route to market should you take?
