Code of conduct for data-driven health and care technology

04 October 2018

Initial version of a code of conduct for the use of digital technology in health and care.

The code of conduct contains a set of principles that set out what the Department for Health and Social Care expect from suppliers of data-driven technologies, and a set of commitments that outline what the government will do to support and encourage innovators in health and care.

There is a questionnaire for you to provide comments and feedback on this initial version. The main audience for this will be innovators and suppliers of digital technology, health and care providers, and other organisations in the sector. However, anyone with an interest is welcome to share their views.
