Docobo met with one of Brazil’s leading hospitals to discuss potential partnerships and exchange ideas. The visit, organised by UK Trade & Investment, provided the opportunity for 10 companies from the UK Pavilion at this year’s Hospitalar Exhibition, held in Sao Paolo.
The UK companies, including Docobo, and the hospital’s sustainability and purchasing teams discussed the current position of the Brazillian healthcare system, covering topics including innovation, logistics, technology, demography and governance.
The hospital is currently undergoing a major expansion programme, which is expected to double the area of the 90 year old philanthropic institution by 2013/14.
Due to growing population and organisation of the healthcare market, the Brazillian market presents a huge number of opportunities for UK companies involved in teleheath.
