SEHTA & East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust Radiology Clinical Needs Surgery

08 August 2018

SEHTA is delighted to announce its partnership with East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust to run a Radiology Clinical Needs surgery.

Date: 2nd October 2018
Venue: Conquest Hospital, Hastings, East Sussex
Time: 10:00 - 17:00

As a strategic partner with East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, SEHTA will be working with the Radiology team from Conquest Hospital to provide SMEs with innovative radiology products or services, the opportunity to refine their ideas to get more traction with the NHS and develop collaborative partnerships.

Do you have a radiology product/service which might meet the following clinical need?

•  An alert process to inform clinicians of significant or unexpected findings on radiological imaging

It will be especially interesting to clinicians, if you could give an indication of how your offer could pull alerts out of HSS CRIS and then how your offer could manage and map the alerts to all stakeholders, with appropriate feedback mechanisms and audit trails.

Would you like your product/service solution to undergo:

• more research/co-development with clinicians?
• clinical evaluation?
• adoption by the NHS?

Then we would like to hear from you!

Surgery appointments will be 1 hour in duration and will take place on 2nd October, with Dr Justin Harris Consultant Radiologist and Dr David Parry (SEHTA) and will cover;

•  Opportunity to discuss and refine your product/service idea
•  Best ways forward for collaboration with Conquest Hospital and the NHS

The surgery will be held at Conquest Hospital, Hastings, East Sussex from 10am -5pm

Places will be limited, so if you are interested, please contact for the pre-surgery questionnaire.

Deadline for applications is Friday 21st September
