UK Healthcare Market Visit to the Caribbean 2018

18 December 2017

11 – 13 March: Trinidad & Tobago
14 – 15 March: Barbados

The English-speaking Caribbean (Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica) is a market with many commercial opportunities for UK plc. These islands source the majority of their hospital and medical equipment from international firms and focus on healthcare as a priority on a Governmental level. This is clearly reflected in significant national budget allocations for the healthcare sector in each market. Against this background, some of the areas of interest to UK healthcare companies may be hospital construction projects including design consultancy, training of medical personnel, hospital equipment and medical supplies including pharmaceuticals and health-conscious food and drink.

Who should attend:
•  UK companies which manufacture goods (medicinal products and medical equipment) for public and private healthcare stakeholders
•  UK healthcare companies which provide consultancy and technical services
•  UK infrastructure companies which provide design, build and project management services for hospital projects
•  UK providers of e-Health solutions
