    The BioHub is situated on Birmingham Research Park, a long-standing and successful joint venture between the University of Birmingham and Birmingham City Council.

    Cardiff Medicentre is a dedicated medical, healthcare, and life sciences business incubator located on the University Hospital of Wales campus. They provide high quality office and laboratory accommodation comprising of 32 units ranging from 284 sq ft to 1,045 sq ft. Low-cost desk leasing is also available.Offering specialist business incubation programmes and services, Cardiff Medicentre works closely with the Welsh Government's Life Sciences sector team to ensure that tenants have access to the wide range of business support services available. Clients can also take advantage of the specialist facilities and academic expertise located within Cardiff University's School of Medicine.
