  • The Innovation Centre Exeter

    The Innovation Centre, situated at the heart of the beautiful University of Exeter campus, provides a home to knowledge based organisations undertaking research and development.

    The Innovation Centre is the culmination of a £10 million project, with the completion of the Phase II flagship building in 2008, to provide a vibrant community of high-growth-potential, knowledge-based, businesses.

    Across our 2 buildings, Phases I and II, we provide over 37,000 square feet (3,475 square metres) of offices and laboratories. However, we do not just provide heat, light and dial tone. We meet the diverse needs of our clients by providing a supportive, creative and professional environment.     Peninsula Innovations Limited has managed the Innovation Centre since September 2007 on behalf of the University of Exeter and other stakeholder partners.

    The Centre is the second stage towards a Science Park for Exeter.

    The BioHub is situated on Birmingham Research Park, a long-standing and successful joint venture between the University of Birmingham and Birmingham City Council.
