    The BioHub is situated on Birmingham Research Park, a long-standing and successful joint venture between the University of Birmingham and Birmingham City Council.

    Birmingham Research Park is at the heart of the Edgbaston Medical Quarter, a vibrant and collaborative health science community. This cluster is home to 64% of the City’s healthcare economy including 180 medical organisations, 44 GP clinics and routine care facilities and 80 hospitals and specialist care centres.

    Future Space is a brand new lab and office space facility, located on the edge of Bristol and close to the M4 and M5 motorways.  We are based on the University of the West of England campus and surrounded by an exciting community of science and technology businesses, from robotics, to healthcare to cyber security and more. 

    Our lab space comes in 2 forms:

    1. Shared labs - equipped with a wide range of equipment and supported by a lab technician
    2. Private labs - designed for easy fit out and accompanied with a range of bolt-on services

    We have an onsite café, plenty of breakout space, fully stocked kitchenettes and a friendly management team to deal with the day to day stuff.  Business support is also available to all customers through our innovation team, who can help with funding, recruitment, networking, strategy and much more.

    Cardiff Medicentre is a dedicated medical, healthcare, and life sciences business incubator located on the University Hospital of Wales campus. They provide high quality office and laboratory accommodation comprising of 32 units ranging from 284 sq ft to 1,045 sq ft. Low-cost desk leasing is also available.Offering specialist business incubation programmes and services, Cardiff Medicentre works closely with the Welsh Government's Life Sciences sector team to ensure that tenants have access to the wide range of business support services available. Clients can also take advantage of the specialist facilities and academic expertise located within Cardiff University's School of Medicine.
