We are currently recruiting for an Investigations Manager to manage and lead the Case Team Managers and Case Support Manager, within the Fitness to Practise directorate. This is a new position and will carry out case work associated with the 16 professions that the HCPC regulates.
Main Tasks:
- To lead and manage Case Team Managers within the Fitness to Practise Department.
- To monitor the management and investigation of cases dealt with by the Fitness to Practise Department.
- To design, develop, implement and monitor processes and standards to support the work of the department.
Main Skills Required:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor processes including the investigation and management of complaints.
- The proven ability and knowledge to manage, support and lead a team and motivate employees, including monitoring performance.
- Proven ability to produce high quality written reports and produce and analyse data.
- Demonstrable competency to manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
