The Yorkshire & the Humber team are looking for an engaging and highly motivated person to assist the Regional Director with delivering the operational plan in the region. You will be responsible for line managing senior members of staff and ensuring that we meet our Key Performance Indicators each year.
With demonstrable leadership and management experience, you will have a track record in successfully implementing change.
Effective communication, organisational and motivational skills are essential to this role.
The post is ideal for someone who wishes to build on their established skills of team development and experience as a manager.
Short listed candidates will be invited to a Stage 1 Assessment process on 12 September 2012 and those candidates successful at Stage 1, will be invited to Stage 2 Interview process on 28 September 2012.
