Winning Strategies Before the USPTO

13 December 2019

Does your organisation work in the field of bioscience or related technologies and wish to obtain patent protection in the USA?

Withers & Rogers is honoured to be visited by Susan Alpert Siegel, Ph.D. who will share valuable insights into the USPTO’s approaches to bioscience innovation.

Date: Wednesday 5th February 2020.

Time: 4.00pm - 6.00pm

Location: Withers & Rogers LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU

Susan offers a depth of experience gained over her 20 years at Klarquist Intellectual Property Law. Klarquist was recently recognised by Juristat as one of 2019’s top three patent firms for Tech Center 1600 relating to biotechnology and organic fields, and Susan herself has an enviable record of success obtaining patent protection before the USPTO.

Susan earned her Ph.D. in molecular genetics, and completed post-doctoral fellowships in cancer biology at the University of California, San Francisco, and immunology at Stanford University.

In particular the session will provide:
